APC offers a range of English courses designed to suit every need.
Students may choose to study General English to improve their conversational English skills, or they may choose one of our English for Specific Purposes programs such as English for Academic Purposes (EAP) or Exam Preparation.
They may also choose to study Vocational English programs such as English for Tourism & Hospitality or Business English.
Students who graduate from Australian Pacific College will be accepted by the institutions below without having to provide results of English examinations such as IELTS or TOEFL. This is conditional upon students meeting the academic requirements of these institutions and is subject to vacancies and the availability of programs at these institutions.
Students who are interested in continuing studies in Australia at University and/or College are encouraged to seek advice from the EAP Coordinator as early as possible.
APC has established direct entry arrangements with a number of Australian Universities such as the UNSW Foundation Year, Macquarie University, University of Western Sydney (UWS), Central Queensland University (CQU) and many more, as well as with vocational providers. These enable students who have successfully completed the EAP course and met the English language and academic requirements to enter university and vocational courses without completing an IELTS examination. APC offers a range of vocational courses in the areas of Accounting, Business, Hospitality, Information Technology, Management, Marketing, Travel & Tourism and TESOL. All of our courses are nationally accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and provide comprehensive training in the relevant areas. Graduates of our higher level qualifications are eligible for course credit transfer at the universities and higher education providers with whom we have agreements. APC has vocational qualifications that are suitable for school leavers and those entering the work force and also for those seeking to improve their knowledge and skills for higher level job roles. Our accredited programs are designed to maximise the academic potential of each student and open pathways and opportunities through education.
APC Diploma and Advanced Diploma graduates can continue their studies in Accounting, Business, Hospitality, IT, Management, Marketing or Tourism with credits in a related undergraduate program at most Australian universities, providing they meet all the university’s requirements.
APC has articulation agreements in place with a selection of universities and higher education providers including, but not limited to, BMIHMS, CQUniversity, ECU, Griffith University, ICMS, Kaplan, Raffles, University of Canberra, UniSA, USQ, USC and UoW.
