Information Business Courses
Australian Pacific College (APC) offers courses in Businnes ranging from Certificate II level to Advance Diploma level. All our courses are nationally recognised qualifications through the Australian Government's Vocational Education and Training Advisory Board (VETAB) of New South Wales .The courses are approved for overseas students and listed with CRICOS numbers. The courses are designed to maximise both the academic and professional pursuits of students by creating pathways to employment opportunities and further education in their respective fields. You can enrol in one or a number of courses.

General course information
Australian Pacific College (APC) offers business and IT courses for those students who wish to gain a broad understanding of the main functional areas of business and IT and to develop skills necessary for practical application of knowledge within these functional areas. The Business courses offer a useful and practical qualification for students interested in a career in business administration, sales, marketing or management.
Course content and structure
The Business and IT courses are structured around four 9-week terms (36 weeks per calendar year). Typically, you would complete 3 subjects (modules) per term, depending on the electives you choose. These courses are completed via a combination of classroom attendance and student self study. Assessment is competency-based and varies from one module to another. The core modules for both Business and IT courses focus on areas such as business communication, business accounting, the business environment, and workplace safety.You progress through the modules, starting at Certificate 11 and CertificateIII, through to Certificate IV and on to Diploma if you wish. The list of modules at each level is shown below.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Students may be eligible to obtain credits for individual modules as a result of experience gained in employment in relevant business fields or from previous training or education. A fee is payable for assessing your RPL status. Download RPL Application Form. Read the RPL Policy.
Articulation, Credit Transfers and Learning Pathways
APC diploma graduates can continue their studies in business, IT, marketing, accounting or management in the second year of a related undergraduate program at most Australian Universities, provided they meet all the University’s requirements. If you are interested in this pathway, please make inquiries at APC.
Pre-Requisites for entry into the Business or IT courses
Academic - Australian year 11 or equivalent.
English Language Proficiency- Successful completion of English for Business and IT at APC or successful completion of 10 weeks of English at the Intermediate level at APC or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) proficiency level of 5.5 or above.
