This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to plan and establishes appropriate compliance program/management systems which enable an organisation to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities under applicable compliance requirements. The unit has been designed to be consistent with AS 3806:2006 Compliance programs. No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of endorsement.
