Use a plan of Sydney airport to give directions from one place to another e.g. from check-in to boarding
Language skills: Listening to and identifying main ideas in airport dialogues Writing a report-  review of schema then students write report related to busiest airports Leave for excursion/site visit to Sydney International terminal Language skills and knowledge review lesson

11:15 Give the students some scenarios related to various possible incidents at an airport and ask them to discuss solutions Language skills: reading related to air passenger rights

Guest speaker- local tourism professional.  Question and answer panel

Site visit to Sydney International terminal

Set up an airport simulation with students acting a staff and invite a General English class to act as passengers

12:15 The students choose one scenario and write an email to their boss explaining what happened CALL: research related to major international airports
