IELTS Preparation

IELTS is a globally recognised English language assessment available throughout the world. It covers the four language skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking.

Delivered by

IELTS preparation is primarily used by those seeking international education, professional recognition, benchmarking to international standards and global mobility. IELTS is recognised by universities and employers in many countries, including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and the USA.

English Unlimited’s full-time IELTS class is a 12 week course designed to develop the specific language skills of learners preparing to take the IELTS examination. The course provides practical guidance in the development and application of linguistic skills relevant to the IELTS examination requirements including vocabulary, grammar, text production and analysis and listening and speaking. Every 4 weeks we have ‘Skills week’ where students sit a full IELTS test over the week and get detailed feedback from our experienced and dedicated teachers. Research has shown that students who attend all classes and satisfactorily complete all activities and set homework should progress by IELTS 0.5 over 12 weeks.

Please Note: This course is offered in Adelaide from 5 June 2023. Please see our timetable options flyer for more information.

Bundle and Save on Visa Costs

Course bundling is when you apply for a series of related courses, instead of just one course, saving you money on your visa costs.

For example, if you are interested in a Certificate II or Certificate III course, you can combine it into a bundle with a related Certificate IV course. Or combine a Certificate IV course with a related Diploma and Advanced Diploma.
