Living in homestay accommodation can be one of the most rewarding and interesting aspects of a student’s experience in Australia. Whilst fully immersed in a friendly home environment, students have the chance to experience Australian culture first hand and practise their English in natural contexts.

All homestay families are located within 50 minutes of our campuses by bus or train and are carefully selected by our staff following a thorough site inspection.

The Australian Homestay Network (AHN) is Australia’s largest and most recognised homestay provider.

Hosts are carefully selected to ensure that students are placed in environments that are not only safe and comfortable, but also warm and welcoming. Students can expect to enjoy a supportive, friendly home while adjusting to Australian culture and the community they will be living in.

AHN hosts offer more than rooms for rent; they offer a support system and authentic interest in welcoming you to Australia.

Sharing a house or apartment is a great way to save on living expenses and surround yourself with like-minded international students. Choose from affordable, centrally-located accommodation options - from self-contained apartments  to single, double or triple rooms in share houses. There are arrangements available, making it a convenient and flexible option for your stay in Australia.

BRISBANE ONLY

(Minimum 4 week stay)

Student One have 3 sites located in the heart of Brisbane city and within a short walk to all forms of public transport. The fantastic addresses mean you are only a short distance from the universities, english language schools and pathway institutes, as well as everything else this city has to offer.

With our super central locations you have access to a large number of restaurants, coffee shops and takeaway stores - many of which are even located within the buildings!

Each site offers a large range of options.

*Please note: The 5-bedroom standard (all 3 residences) is the only room type accommodating 4+ weeks stay. All the other room types have a minimum of a 12 weeks stay.
