Using My.APC.hub

MyAPC.Hub is Learning Management System where you can access all your learning materials, attend live-streamed lectures, view recordings and other useful links. You can also reach your trainers and submit your assessments, view assessment feedback and access the free resubmission (if eligible).

How To Use Student Portal

This facility allows current students to collect their timetable before each term.
Timetable collection is required in order to continue your studies. Please refer to the Academic Calendar for the timetable collection dates.

Please note your term fees must be paid for you to be able to access this system. You will also need your student number and password. If you need help, please contact the Student Care team on LiveChat.

What Is Pass?

What Is PASS?

There are key changes to PASS, which will replace all resubmission programs (including 7 days free resubmission) from Term 1, 2025. 

Key Changes:

• From Term 1, 2025, PASS will ONLY be available for Not Yet Satisfactory assessments from the current term (Term 1, 2025) and the last immediate previous term (Term 4, 2024). 

• In the new PASS from Term 1, 2025, you will only need to resubmit the incorrect sections of your assessment, rather than the entire document.

• A $100 fee applies per assessment unless you qualify for a fee waiver based on genuine attempt.

• Once registered for PASS, you can resubmit your assessment anytime until Friday in Week 10. This allows you to consult with your trainers during general assessment support sessions and any scheduled classes throughout the term to understand feedback and improve your work.

• You are strongly encouraged to consult with your trainers before resubmission. 

• If you do not achieve competency after your one-off PASS attempt, you will need to re-enrol in the subject. PASS registration will only be available ONCE per assessment. 

What is a genuine attempt?

A genuine attempt means your original attempt is your own work and complied with the academic integrity policy and/or more than 90% of the questions were answered during your original attempt. 

If your original attempt meets these requirements, you will qualify for a fee waiver for PASS registration. 

Key Dates and Reminders:

The transition period has ended. You can now register for PASS for any Not Yet Satisfactory assessments from the current term (Term 1, 2025) and the last immediate previous term (Term 4, 2024). 

PASS Registration Close by 11:59 PM (AEDT) on Monday, 07 April 2025 (Week 10)
PASS Submission Close by 11:59 PM (AEDT) on Friday, 11 April 2025 (Week 10)

Please attend your scheduled tutorials and general assessment support sessions to consult with your trainers for feedback on how to improve before your resubmission. You can begin your work while waiting for your registration approval.

Paying fees

Payments must be made in Australian dollars and all bank fees paid by the applicant. You must be authorised to make payment using the account you are going to pay from.

Payment can be made by:

1. Direct Deposit (by internet banking, in person at a Westpac branch, using a Westpac Smart ATM or by telegraphic transfer) can be made once we provide you with our bank details as part of our Letter of Offer process. Bank Details will be provided on your Letter of Offer.

2. Visa or Mastercard online using our secure BPOINT facility. Click on the link or use the QR code below. This is a secure payment gateway that ensures your card details are encrypted.  You must be the card holder to make payment. Please note, we are not charging the 0.9% surcharge during this period.

Timetable Collection Period

Online Timetable collection starts from 9am Monday 21/04/25 - 11.59pm Wednesday 30/04/2025.

All your fees must be up-to-date and you must have passed all the pre-requisite subjects before you can collect your timetable. 

Accessing your student email

Your student email is the most important communication tool the College will use to share important information with you.
You must ensure that you monitor it regularly and action any important information the College sends you.

Job Club

APC cares about your experience in Australia. We understand that finding a job in another country can be scary and difficult, so we want to help you. APC’s Job Club aims to assist students seeking part-time or casual work (up to maximum 40 hours per fortnight).

What will Job Club help me with?

• How to approach employers in applying for jobs
• Providing a Curriculum Vitae (CV) template that can be easily adapted to specific jobs
• Providing a cover letter template
• Providing two tailored CVs and cover letters specifically for jobs in the hospitality and retail industries
• Providing key information and tips on job hunting
• Providing a monthly workshop for interview skills and techniques
• Providing option classes to enhance your employability skills (EYES)

Obtaining a USI

You will need a USI (Unique Student Identifier) if you are planning on studying in Australia. You can find all the information to obtain or find your USI on the below link.
