Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication

Students are required to setup a multi-factor authentication (MFA).
By setting up MFA, you add an extra layer of security to your APC/EU account sign-in. For example, you first enter your password and, when prompted, you also type a dynamically generated verification code provided by an authenticator app or sent to your phone.

Using My.APC.hub

MyAPC.Hub is Learning Management System where you can access all your learning materials, attend live-streamed lectures, view recordings and other useful links. You can also reach your trainers and submit your assessments, view assessment feedback and access the free resubmission (if eligible).

How To Use Student Portal

This facility allows current students to collect their timetable before each term.
Timetable collection is required in order to continue your studies. Please refer to the Academic Calendar for the timetable collection dates.

Please note your term fees must be paid for you to be able to access this system. You will also need your student number and password. If you need help, please contact the Student Care team on LiveChat.

Free Resubmission & PASS

Free Resubmission

You can now access free resubmission for assessments in your current term without needing to register, as long as your first attempt is genuine (your own work and 90% completed).

You can resubmit your assessments within 7 days of receiving feedback. 

PASS

You will need to register for PASS submission at your own cost if:

• your first attempt is not genuine,  

• you miss the assessment due date, or 

• you fail your free resubmission. 

Registration for paid PASS submission closes on Wednesday of Week 9, and submission is due by Sunday of Week 9. You are required to correct and only resubmit the incorrect parts where applicable; however, a full resubmission is required if the subject was enrolled before Term 3, 2024. 

If you miss the paid PASS submission registration this term but still have one or more terms remaining in your current course, you can register for PASS again in the next term. 

Final-term students who fail the PASS submission or do not submit are required to re-enrol after course completion.

PASS Submission close - Sunday, 21 September 2025 at 11:59 PM (AEDT)

You are strongly recommended to attend your scheduled tutorials and general assessment support sessions to consult with your trainers for feedback on how to improve your resubmission. You can begin your work while waiting for your registration approval.

Paying fees

Payments must be made in Australian dollars and all bank fees paid by the applicant. You must be authorised to make payment using the account you are going to pay from.

Payment can be made by:

1. Direct Deposit (by internet banking, in person at a Westpac branch, using a Westpac Smart ATM or by telegraphic transfer) can be made once we provide you with our bank details as part of our Letter of Offer process. Bank Details will be provided on your Letter of Offer.

2. Visa or Mastercard online using our secure STRIPE facility. Click on the link or use the QR code below. This is a secure payment gateway that ensures your card details are encrypted.  You must be the card holder to make payment. Please note a surcharge may be applied by your financial institution when using a credit or debit card.

Please quote your STUDENT NUMBER and NAME when making your payment.  Please email a copy of your proof of payment to [email protected] 

Timetable Collection Period

Online Timetable collection starts from 9am Monday 14/07/25 - 11.59pm Wednesday 23/07/2025.

All your fees must be up-to-date and you must have passed all the pre-requisite subjects before you can collect your timetable. 

Accessing your student email

Your student email is the most important communication tool the College will use to share important information with you.
You must ensure that you monitor it regularly and action any important information the College sends you.

Job Club

APC cares about your experience in Australia. We understand that finding a job in another country can be scary and difficult, so we want to help you. APC’s Job Club aims to assist students seeking part-time or casual work (up to maximum 40 hours per fortnight).

What will Job Club help me with?

• How to approach employers in applying for jobs
• Providing a Curriculum Vitae (CV) template that can be easily adapted to specific jobs
• Providing a cover letter template
• Providing two tailored CVs and cover letters specifically for jobs in the hospitality and retail industries
• Providing key information and tips on job hunting
• Providing a monthly workshop for interview skills and techniques
• Providing option classes to enhance your employability skills (EYES)
